Week 8 reflection

W.A.L.T is to reflect and evaluate honestly 

How am I going with integrity I think that I need to really need to improve showing integrity by setting up the front of the mat.So I know want to do 

Blockers: not setting next to my friends on the mat I can improve this by setting up the front of the mat 

Drivers: is sitting by my self at a table with no one  setting next to me

    How does sitting up the front improve your INTEGRITY? Think about integrity as being: doing the right thing no matter who is watching. What else could you think about?
